Logitech “Win your Music” prize draw

The prize-winning operation can be an excellent marketing strategy that can significantly increase a company’s brand reputation.

Scope of work

Logitech wanted to improve its brand reputation innovatively. The aim was to engage customers in-store and online, increasing their loyalty and improving the customer experience.

Target Italia accepted the challenge! For Logitech, a completely tailor-made and well-thought-out prize programme was created.

From the 22nd of February to the 14th of April 2013, all customers who purchased the promotional speakers in one of the participating stores received a free electronic voucher as a gift to download their favourite music in MP3 format.

The mechanics were simple and involved registering the purchased product and uploading the receipt to the website. All this was possible thanks to a CMS portal. Following verification and validation of the documentation, the customer immediately received an email with their gift code of a different value depending on the total amount spent on the promotional Logitech speakers.

In addition to technical and operational management, as Logitech’s delegate, Target Italia also took care of all the steps of drafting the regulations, guarantee and communication to the Ministry of Economic Development.

“Win your music” was designed to boost sales in conjunction with a series of promotional days in 30 selected MediaWorld and Unieuro stores.
