Logitech & McLaren – “Ready to Race” In-store event

On the 89th edition of the Monza Grand Prix, Logitech, the official McLaren partner, organised an in-store event, “Ready to Race”, in 7 stores.

Scope of work

The aim was to promote the “Driving Force G29” driving simulator with steering wheel and pedals for Playstation 3 and Playstation 4, as well as the GP F1 2018 videogame, offering a unique experience for all participants. The target was to give everyone the opportunity to test their skills behind the wheel as quickly as possible by participating in an immersive gaming experience on the Monza circuit.

Our solution

Target accepted the challenge! We took care of the gaming area’s logistics and set up the Playseat kits to give the attendees a unique gaming experience. During the three-day event, our promoters showed great proactivity and enthusiasm, involving an average of more than 200 people.

The data and results of each participant were then recorded in strict compliance with the new GDPR on privacy, for an effective lead generation operation. After qualifying, we invited the holders of the best 20 times to the final race on Saturday 1 September.

The top 3 then received a certificate, autographed by the McLaren drivers!
