ONE TEAM project for Haier: a winning in-store advocacy strategy

Haier Italy has chosen Target Italia to implement a winning in-store activation strategy and accelerate its business in Italy.
• Scope of work
Haier, world leader in the production of household appliances, was looking for a highly skilled field force in order to promote its brands in store, by increasing the sell-out and the brand awareness.
• Our solution
Target Italia took up the challenge, by providing Promoters and Brand Ambassadors, characterized by team spirit, excellent communication skills and consolidated experience in their activities.
This is how One Team project was born: a united and cohesive group who with passion, competence and training, supports Haier in increasing sell-out in-store, through proven strategies of brand activation and people engagement.
This union is extremely precious and strategic as it facilitates the direct interaction between Brand Ambassadors and Promoters, representing a competitive advantage in terms of results and speed of execution. The Brand Ambassador can directly train and support the Promoter, monitor his performance and interfere when necessary, while the Promoter can refer directly to the Brand Ambassador in case of doubts or additional trainings: one cohesive and synergistic team, ready to achieve the assigned KPIs.
