Prize Promotion Win Your Music with Logitech

A prize promotion can be an excellent marketing strategy capable of significantly increasing a company’s brand reputation.
Objective
Logitech wanted to improve its brand reputation in a completely innovative way. The aim was to engage customers both at the retail store and online, increasing their loyalty and enhancing their customer experience.
Our solution
Target accepted the challenge! A completely tailor-made prize promotion program was created for Logitech, with every detail taken care of.
From February 22nd to April 14th, 2013, all customers who purchased the speakers included in the promotion at one of the participating retail stores received an electronic voucher as a gift to download their favorite music in MP3. All this thanks to a CMS portal designed and implemented ad hoc. Following the control and validation of the documentation, the customer immediately received their gift code via email, the value of which varied based on the total amount spent on the promotional Logitech speakers.
In addition to the technical part and operational management, Target Italia, as Logitech’s delegated party, also managed all the steps for drafting the official rules, surety bond, and communication to the Ministry of Economic Development.
‘Win Your Music’ was designed to incentivize sales, also in conjunction with a series of promotional days in 30 selected MediaWorld and Unieuro retail stores.
