SHOPPER EXPERIENCE
A pop-up store to engage the fashion community
CLIENT: SHEIN
For a sector characterized by a high level of competition like fashion, brands propose innovative solutions to intercept an increasingly demanding community influenced by emotions.
Objective
Shein, the Chinese super fast fashion online giant, wants to surprise its Gen Z community with a temporary store to let them physically experience the quality of its clothing, makeup, and accessories, which can be purchased directly on the e-commerce portal through the payment system offered by Klarna.
Our solution
Target Italia accepted the challenge and handled the management and coordination of the various activities for the inauguration of the Summer Oasis Pop Up Store by Shein x Klarna in Rome.
In less than a month, we selected all the staff: Hostesses, Make-Up Artists, Bartenders, and a DJ to recreate an immersive experience in the universe of fashion and beauty. Furthermore, in the design of the area, we oversaw the Visual Merchandising aspects with the objective of making the store a true dream destination where visitors could breathe in the summer air, listen to good music, and enjoy ice creams and coffee offered by our staff.
But that’s not all!
We directly followed all operations regarding both the security and cleaning of the location and the instructions to be provided to the sales staff involved during the pop-up store’s opening days. The result was surprising in terms of people involved and the number of visitors who were able to enjoy a unique and memorable experience of the two brands.
