A new and engaging training approach

Continuous training must be not only a duty, but also and above all a pleasure. Finding innovative solutions allows for the creation of increasingly engaging approaches.

Objective

Target organized a training event at Casa Mediaworld. The objective was to involve the sales staff in 8 challenging 90-minute training sessions each. Furthermore, the Brands had to manage to keep attention levels high, effectively conveying the key selling points of their products in classrooms with more than 25 people. This was a challenge that Target Italia enthusiastically accepted, successfully experimenting with a new and engaging format centered on mentalism.

Our solution

Combining the psychological principles of illusionism, mentalism, and sleight of hand has allowed us to build a high-impact training path with valuable content, thanks to the consultancy of our product experts. In fact, the innovative methodology used to showcase the key selling points and Brand values makes them indelible in the minds of the participants.

Thanks to simulations and training Role Playing, learning becomes interactive, allowing sales staff to experience work dynamics from a different point of view. All of this is based on tools, not illusions!
