The “ONE TEAM” Project for Haier: A Winning In-Store Advocacy Strategy

Haier Italia chose Target Italia to implement a winning in-store activation strategy and thus accelerate its business in the Italian territory.

Objective

Haier, a world leader in the production of home appliances, was looking for a specialized and professional field force to promote its brands within retail stores, in order to increase brand awareness and boost sell-out.

Our solution

Target Italia accepted the challenge, creating a team of Brand Ambassadors and Promoters characterized by a strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and consolidated experience in the activities managed.

Thus was born the One Team project: a single, united, and cohesive group that, with passion, expertise, and training, supports Haier in boosting sell-out within retail stores, through proven brand activation and people engagement strategies.

This union proves to be extremely valuable and strategic, as it facilitates direct interaction between the two figures, representing a competitive advantage in terms of results and speed of execution. The Brand Ambassador can in fact directly train and support the Promoter, monitor their performance, and intervene if necessary, while the Promoter can refer directly to the Brand Ambassador in case of doubts or supplementary training: a single, cohesive, and synergistic team ready to take the field for the achievement of the assigned KPIs.
