The market for gaming and related accessories shows continuous growth prospects. For this reason, it is essential to redesign the customer experience at the retail store to approach new generations and guide them in choosing the right accessory.

Objective

Target supported Logitech in defining a new customer experience in a complex world like that of accessories. The aim was to capture the attention of the most demanding gamers who want to improve the performance of their setup.
